Welcome to my Website

There are many qualities and skills that go into being an excellent real estate professional - integrity, in-depth community and market knowledge, marketing savvy, effective negotiation skills and a high-quality professional network, all of which are hallmarks of how I work.

That said, in my experience as a Realtor in Metropolitan Philadelphia and nearby Suburbs I've also found that providing the very best service is essentially about putting my clients first. This means keeping myself accessible, being a good listener as well as a good communicator, and responding quickly to your needs.

This "client first" philosophy has always been my approach and it requires me to continually improve my skills and ways of doing business. In addition, I've found that the latest technologies are enabling me to do everything I've always done, only much more quickly and efficiently. They've also helped me to extend the range of services I provide to my clients.

So when you decide that you'd like to buy or sell a home in the Philadelphia,Bucks&Montgomery Counties areas, please contact me.

Professional Background

I am a seasoned Realtor, having dedicated the last 25 years to Real Estate Sales, Appraisals and Loan Origination.  Some of my achievements include:

Rookie of the Year - 1985

Consistent Office Leader and Award Winning Sales Agent at ReMax

Owner and Chief Appraiser from 1994-2004 at CCM Appraisal Company

                        Experienced Loan Originator   2005-2008

It is my belief that my extensive backround in all fields related to buying and selling real estate enable me to counsel my clients in a special way.  Whether it is determining the best price for their home listing, or deciding on the right price to offer for their home purchase, my understanding of the intricacies of home pricing will afford them the best opportunities for a successful transaction.

Professional Interests

As a Real Estate Professional and a Realtor, it is always my goal to further the professionalism involved in the day to day tasks of my employ.  I have been active in the Montgomery County Association of Realtors on the Professionalism Committee and currently serve on the Public Relations Committee.

As an Appraiser, I had the privilege of serving as Vice-President on the PA Council of Appraisers.

Personal Background

I have lived my entire life in the Delaware Valley - more specifically in Philadelphia, Bucks and Montgomery Counties.  Because of that, my personal family and friendship relations are scattered throughout that area.  I am probably very unique because although I move fairly often (every 4-5 years), I never move very far!  My many moves keep me on my toes and help me to be very empathetic with my clients.  It also helps me be in constant contact with contractors and other professionals that I can introduce to my client base when the need arises.

I am proud to be the mother of Paul Murray, a Financial Advisor and Certified Divorce Financial Analyst, and Adrienne Xagoraris, Graphic Designer and Horsewoman.  My two grandchildren, Ryan and Madison, are a constant source of joy for me.

Last, but not least, I am married to Tom Cei - he's a wonderful guy who has learned over these many years, that sometimes the client just has to come first!

Personal Interests

Sometimes clients ask me what I do in my free time. Family time is the most important time for me when away from my business but I do try to squeeze in some other fun activities.   Usually, I am short on leisure time, but whenever possible I love going to the beach and playing tennis.  The cold weather is not for me, but I do love the change of seasons. Fall, Winter and Spring you'll find me playing Mah Jongg most Monday afternoons at the Huntingdon Valley Library.

Lately I have become enamored with Audio Books and can't recommend them highly enough.  I spend so much time in my car, so the recitations keep my in touch with current fiction and professional publications.

Community Involvement

As a volunteer, I am the Cultural Chair for Filitalia International Abington Chapter. I also serve on the International Board of Directors and the International Cultural Committee of that group as well.
