  • Last 2 years W-2’s
  • Names & addresses of employers (past 24 months)
  • Last 3 months bank statements for all accounts being used in the purchase
  • Names & addresses of landlords for last 2 years (if applicable)
  • Copy of real estate sales contract
  • If self-employed – copy of past 2 years federal tax returns
  • Copy of divorce decree, separation or child support papers (if applicable)
  • Bring checkbook for application fee
